Ahmedabad Metro : Due to the IPL 2025 match to be held at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad, GMRC has decided to change the timings of the Metro train. The current timings of the Metro train services for the match to be held at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium on May 2 i.e. today and May 14 are from 6:20 am to 10 pm. Which has been extended till 12:30 am.
The last train from Ahmedabad Motera Metro Station will depart at 12.30 pm.
The current metro train timings in Ahmedabad are from 6.20 am to 10 pm. But the number of passengers may increase due to the IPL match to be held at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium. Then, the metro train will run till 12.30 am to avoid any inconvenience to the passengers. However, on the return journey, you can board the metro only from Motera Stadium Metro Station and Sabarmati Metro Station. From Motera, you can get down at any station in APMC and from Thaltej village, you can get down at any station in Vastral village. The last train will leave from Motera Metro Station at 12.30 pm.
The fare of special paper ticket will be Rs 50 per person. However, this fare will be applicable after 10 pm. Till then, passengers will be able to travel with regular fare. After 10 pm, only special paper tickets will be valid for entry into Motera Stadium and Sabarmati Metro Station.
