The Class 10 (Secondary School Certificate) Examination was administered by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board in 989 locations in February and March of 2025. Of the 746,892 ordinary students who took the test, 620,532 were qualified for certification, yielding an 83.08 percent pass rate. 78,613 repeat examinees showed up, with a 32.26 percent pass rate. 18,553 students took the Gujarat State Open School (GSOS) exam, with a 27.18% pass rate.
Of the examinees with disabilities, 4,165 applicants met the general criteria, and 138 candidates fell into the differently abled category. 535 of the 1,580 candidates who benefited from the 20% passing standard relaxation were able to pass.

To collect the Gujarat GSEB board Class 10 SSC original mark sheets, GSEB students need to visit their respective schools a few days after the result declaration. The original copies of the Gujarat GSEB marksheets will be provided by the board to the schools after a few days. To pass the Gujarat Board Class 10 exam, students need to secure a minimum of 33% marks in each subject and an aggregate of 33 per cent overall.
Following the announcement of the SSC Class 10 results, information about the supplementary tests will be made public. The board held this year’s GSEB SSC Class 10 exams from February 27 to March 10, 2025.
The dates of the 2024 exams were March 11–22. On May 11, the GSEB board released the SSC Class 10 results. The pass rate had increased significantly. In 2024, the rate was 82.56 percent. Compared to 2023, when the percentage was 64.62 percent, there was an 18% increase.
With a pass rate of 86.69 percent, the girls had outperformed the guys. For boys, the pass rate was 79.12 percent. Up to 70 schools received zero percent of the possible points, while 1,389 institutions received one hundred percent.
