Any competitive physical activity that aims to use, maintain, or increase physical abilities while entertaining players through organized or unorganized participation is considered a sport. Our college’s gymkhana department operates with the same fervor and instills in students a never-ending drive to become the best in the many intercollegiate and interuniversity competitions.

The department has fully functional indoor and outdoor gaming facilities. There is also a large field on campus where people can play cricket, football, and volleyball. SCET students compete in a variety of sporting events nationwide at all levels. At the intercollegiate, interengineering, and interuniversity levels, SCET has consistently won a variety of sporting competitions. SCET has established a reputation for itself at numerous intercollegiate levels.

The institute placed second in volleyball (M), table tennis (W), and basketball (M) and won a title in badminton (M) and basketball (W). Additionally, students are chosen at the intercollegiate level. As of right now, SCET has won numerous titles and medals while competing in cricket, football, badminton (M/W), table tennis (M/W), volleyball, chess, basketball (M/W), and athletics at the All India Intel Engineering Sports Tournament, which is held at Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi, BIT’s Pilani in Rajasthan, Goa, and SVNIT in Surat.
