After living overseas for a few months, they were able to find part-time employment and finally earn a corporate position in London. However, reality set in when the corporation fired those below high management after refusing to sponsor their visas.(UK Education)
Citing the hardships of exorbitant expenses and diminishing resources, spicy_97 stated, “I made it for five months on that money.” By the age of 26, health issues made their problems worse. When they got back to India, they found out they had type 1 diabetes: “I started looking for jobs in India once my health was stable but I had no luck, so now I am on insulin shots.”
The unexpected and discouraging return taught them some valuable lessons. “I’m not holding the UK responsible. Spicy_97 clarified that their message was intended to relate a personal tale rather than to place blame, saying, “Every country has its own advantages and disadvantages, so do your own due diligence.” They went on, “Yes, I am aware that the UK offers excellent work-life balance and pure air, but what good is it to live there when you are struggling and have no money saved up?

Only two individuals with middling skill levels that I know were able to secure visa-sponsored employment in the UK. “The rest are very talented,” they acknowledged, stressing that a solid profile and clever networking are crucial. They experiment with content creation in addition to conducting discreet job searches: “I am not a full time content creator.” I don’t even have more than 200 Instagram followers.
